• Twin stainless steel tanks: 7” x 14” per side

• 20-25 lbs oil capacity (9.5-10.5 liters) per side

• 50K BTU per side/100K BTU total

The "T" stands for a split or twin pot fryer. Each side of the fryer operates independently.
